Kevin Van Groningen

Kevin possesses nearly two decades of extensive experience in heavy civil and dry utility construction. He progressed through various positions prior to joining the Rise Utility Team, beginning as a laborer apprentice and ultimately advancing to the role of Senior Director of Operations, where he oversaw the operations of an $85+ million construction division. His valuable expertise encompasses project management, estimating, negotiations, and client relations.
