Utility Coordination

Rise Utility Consulting provides project management, construction management, and right-of-way services for multiple segments of the California High Speed Rail project.

In order to facilitate road widening, railroad crossing modifications, and intersection improvements for the City of Hanford, Rise Utility Consulting provides utility and railroad coordination for impacted third-parties including Union Pacific Railroad, SCE, SoCalGas, and AT&T.

Rise Utility Consulting acts as a liason for AutoNation with the utility companies to ensure timely and efficient electric connections to new or upgraded switchgear panels, and provides construction management services overseeing subcontractors install EV charging stations at various new car dealerships throughout California.
