City of Hanford – Lacey Boulevard Road Widening

In order to facilitate road widening, railroad crossing modifications, and intersection improvements for the City of Hanford, Rise Utility Consulting provides utility and railroad coordination for impacted third-parties including Union Pacific Railroad, SCE, SoCalGas, and AT&T. Since this project involves State funding, the provisions set forth in the Caltrans Local Agency Procedure Manual (LAPM) must be followed. Rise Utility Consulting performs all required Utility Coordinator activities outlined in the LAPM, including tracking, managing, receiving, delivering, and/or creating deliverables such as conflict plans, relocation plans, detailed estimates, liability determination documentation, Reports of Investigation (ROI), Notice to Owners (NTO), Utility Agreements (UA), Utility Clearance Memos, Right-of-Way Certifications, and Utility Files.
